Held each fall at Vermilionville in Lafayette, the BlackPot Festival celebrates South Louisiana's roots music and cast-iron cooking traditions with a weekend of Cajun, zydeco, blues, and Americana music alongside a beloved gumbo and jambalaya cook-off.
